We can keep an eye on your house, garden and pets during your absence or when it is rented out like taking care of regular ventilation, checking in and out tenants, dealing with tenant complaints, reporting and solving problems, cleaning, security, reading electricity and water meters, maintenance work, repairs and renovations, communicating with companies, helping with moving, assembling and disassembling contents and much more. For large jobs, we use our subcontractors.
